Lianggu Valve Group’s New Headquarters Reaches Structural Topping-Out
n January 28, 2026, Lianggu Valve Group held a topping-out ceremony for its new headquarters in Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The event marked a major milestone for a strategic industrial base designed to support the Group’s long-term growth and global development.
The new headquarters project represents a total investment of over RMB 1 billion, covering 116 mu of land with a total construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters. Positioned as an integrated hub combining R&D innovation, intelligent manufacturing, global marketing, and service functions, the project reflects Lianggu’s forward-looking strategy and systematic upgrade for the future.
Since construction officially began in August 2024, the project has progressed steadily under scientific planning and refined project management. The successful topping-out of the main structure signifies a transition from rapid construction to full-scale formation, laying a solid foundation for equipment installation, system integration, and future capacity expansion.

The ceremony was attended by Chairman Pan Chengtao, President Pan Chengzhang, General Manager Pan Chengxiao, other board members, leaders from production bases and subsidiaries, and employee representatives, who gathered to witness another important milestone in the Group’s development journey.
In his address, Chairman Pan Chengtao stated that the successful topping-out was made possible by the strong support of government authorities, the professional efforts of construction partners, and the dedication and hard work of all Lianggu employees. He emphasized that the new headquarters is not simply an expansion of scale, but a strategic cornerstone for Lianggu’s transition toward higher-end, more systematic, and more international development. It also represents a long-term foundational project aligned with China’s upcoming industrial development strategy, supporting the Group’s vision for the next 30 to 50 years and beyond.
President Pan Chengzhang noted that as the headquarters project advances, Lianggu’s full industrial-chain manufacturing model—centered on the coordinated operation of ten production bases—will be further strengthened. The new headquarters will serve as a central platform for R&D integration, intelligent manufacturing, quality control, and global market responsiveness, significantly enhancing delivery capability, product consistency, and overall competitiveness.
General Manager Pan Chengxiao stated that the topping-out marks not only the completion of a construction milestone, but also a clear demonstration of confidence and commitment. The new headquarters will provide employees with a more advanced and efficient working environment, while offering partners, distributors, and customers greater stability and long-term reliability. Looking ahead, Lianggu will continue to engage with the market in a more open and capable manner, creating shared value with global partners.
